Built in the weight room. Fueled in the kitchen. Proven in competition.

Hi, I’m Liz—every day, I work with high school athletes to build strength, improve speed, and develop the habits that translate into real performance. But training is only part of the equation. Without the right fuel and recovery, athletes can't reach their full potential.

That's where I come in.
As a Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, I now help athletes connect the dots between how they train, how they eat, and how they perform. From building strength in the weight room to fueling properly for practices and competition, my goal is to make performance simple and sustainable.
I also bring a unique layer to my work--supporting mental resilience. Because the pressure to perform is real, and athletes need tools to manage stress, stay focused, and compete with confidence.
I believe the best athletes aren't just the hardest workers. They're the ones who are properly fueled, well-recovered, and mentally prepared.
